PD Dr. Theresa Treffers is lecturer at the School of Management at the Technical University of Munich. Her research interests focus on team dynamics predicting startup success, the impact of generative AI and emerging tech on work and leadership, and diversity, equality, and inclusion in startups and corporates. She teaches courses on organization, leadership, human resource management, entrepreneurship, and innovation, as well as empirical research methods. She studied business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and at the National University of Singapore. She worked as a postdoctoral researcher at the Rotterdam School of Economics, as an assistant professor of entrepreneurship at Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands, and as a visiting professor at the University of St. Gallen.
