Andreas Köckeis is the founder and CEO of Univents GmbH. During his chemistry studies and work at the Max Planck Institute for Neurobiology, he realized that entrepreneurship offers a greater lever for impact than academic research. This led him to pursue a Master’s in Management at TUM’s Heilbronn campus while founding Univents.
Originally envisioned as a platform to discover events and bring people together, the product evolved—after a strategic pivot—into a modular SaaS tool that helps event professionals streamline and digitize their operations.
In the long term, Andreas plans to return to his original passion: building a company in the scientific or neurotechnology space—driven by the goal of creating systems that truly move people forward.
In his spare time, he enjoys cooking, biohacking, gardening, exploring the nature of consciousness and spirituality, and pondering the deeper questions of the universe—with curiosity for anything that helps bodies, minds, and systems flourish.
