Our Admission Requirements
- Master’s entry qualification (Bachelor equal to the German system with 180 or 210 ECTS, Diploma, Magister, “Staatsexamen”).
- Proof of at least three years of relevant full-time professional work experience (after first degree) – initial leadership experience is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English (skills will be assessed during the admission process).
- Passing the multi-stage admissions process successfully.
Program structure
- 6 modules at the TUM School of Management in Munich.
- 4 modules at the Institute of Information Management in St. Gallen.
- 1 international experience including one module on International Management & Intercultural Cooperation.
- 1 Master's Thesis.
- On-Going Leadership & Personal Development.
