After 3 years...

...of pandemic we finally have the opportunity to meet again in person for the meeting of the Wissenschaftliche Kommission Operations Research (WK OR) of the VHB on February 9/10, 2023 in Heilbronn!

We look forward to exciting presentations and discussions from our colleagues and friends, and to meeting you (again)!

The event will be held at the Conference Rooms of the Aula (2nd floor, Bildungscampus 6, 74076 Heilbronn).

Schedule:

Wednesday, February 8, 2023:
Arrival
from 7 p.m.: Informal dinner in a Heilbronn restaurant (on a self-pay basis)

Thursday, February 9, 2023:
9 a.m. - 4 p.m.: Scientific Presentations
4 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.: Member's Meeting
7 p.m. - 10 p.m.: Conference Dinner

Friday, February 10, 2023:
9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.: Presentations
12:30 p.m. - 2 p.m.: Lunch

Hotel Reservation

We have reserved a contingent of single rooms at the Insel-Hotel (Willy-Mayer-Brücke, 74072 Heilbronn) for participation under the keyword "WKOR" in the period from Wednesday, February 8 to Friday, February 10, 2023. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and the venue.

Price per room and night: 90.00 EUR, breakfast included.

The bill will be settled on site by each guest upon departure.

Please book your room yourself at insel@insel-hotel.de by December 31, 2022, indicating the length of stay (February 8-10 or February 9-10, 2023). After the deadline, all unclaimed rooms will go back on sale.

Cancellation Policy:
Please send the hotel your cancellation in writing - this is cost neutral until 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival. Afterwards the hotel reserves the right to charge 70% of the first night incl. 0% VAT - in case of no-show 90% of the first night incl. 7% VAT.

Parking:
Parking is available directly at the hotel entrance on the parking deck or in the hotel garage at EUR 12.00 per vehicle per night (for the hotel garage with e-charging station a reservation is necessary, cost: EUR 18.00 per vehicle). Input navigation system: Willy-Mayer-Brücke
