ORGANIZATIONAL TEAM
We have reserved single rooms at the Insel-Hotel (Willy-Mayer-Brücke, 74072 Heilbronn) in the period from Tuesday, 22 October to Thursday, 24 October, 2024. The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and the venue.
Please let us know in the registration form (see below) for which dates you would like us to make a binding hotel booking. The bill for the hotel stay will be paid directly by us.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation is cost neutral until 12 noon 2 days prior to arrival. Afterwards the hotel reserves the right to charge 70% of the first night incl. 0% VAT - in case of no-show 90% of the first night incl. 7% VAT.
Parking:
Parking is available directly at the hotel entrance on the parking deck or in the hotel garage at EUR 12.00 per vehicle per night (for the hotel garage with e-charging station a reservation is necessary, cost: EUR 18.00 per vehicle). Input navigation system: Willy-Mayer-Brücke
Please note: Parking fees cannot be covered by the organizer and must be paid by the guest on departure.
