Prof. Dr. Isabell M. Welpe holds the Chair of Strategy and Organization at the Technical University of Munich. Her research focuses on the digital transformation of companies, business model innovations, the impact of digital technologies on the economy and organizations, and the future of leadership and work and organizational design. She studied business administration at Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich and at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston, USA. She also holds an MSc from the London School of Economics. Isabell Welpe teaches strategy and business model innovation, digital transformation, leadership, organizational design, and managing people and organizations. Her research has been published in various academic and practice-oriented journals.
